Johanne Hingebjergs EM junior deltagelse

Cheftræner Olaf samler op på Johannes EM deltagelse, som bød på både finale og personlige rekorder. I morgen, torsdag, er Johanne atter klar til stævne. Denne gang er det senior DM.
I et travlt trænings- og stævneprogram nåede vi lige at fange cheftræner Olaf Wildeboer. Han har sammenfattet Johannes junior EM-deltagelse. Det gik ganske godt. Stort tillykke til Johanne og Olaf. I de kommende fire dage, 12.-15. juli er Johanne og Elite 1 til senior DM i Odense. Travlt program :-)
1st day 100m Free PB and Junior Klub Record in 57.21. Later that day, she swam 56.35 to help Denmark reach the final and becoming a European junior Championship finalist in the 4x100 m free. In the afternoon she swam again under 57 seconds (56.93) - the team placing 7th overall.
3rd day, swam personal best and new junior club record in the 200 m free (2:06.16, previous one was from Rikke Dehn with 2:06.58). In the same morning she became again a European junior finalist by helping Denmark reach the final in the 4x100 m medley with a time of 56.55.
4th day she swam the 50 m free and did not go quite as planned, swimming 26.66, really close to her Personal Best (26.40) but unable to reach the semi-finals.
Overall, great performance by Johanne, setting personal bests in 2 out of the 3 events and being consistent in the 100 m free with several sub 57 swims which will allow her in the future to swim much faster.
The coming 4 days she faces DM before going on a well deserved vacation.
